Michael Barnes
Mr. Barnes is a transactional entertainment finance attorney who regularly represents institutions and funds in the motion picture financing and acquisition areas. He has handled the financing legal work on over 130 films, almost all of which are secured loans. His clients include banks, venture financiers and funds, and motion picture financing, production and distribution companies.
Mr. Barnes’ 3-attorney firm, Barnes Law Firm PC, is located in Santa Monica, California. Mr. Barnes is a graduate of Stanford Law School and the University of Iowa.
Dominic Ianno
Mr. Ianno is an independent motion picture financier and producer. He recently founded and raised a $20 million low budget comedy fund. Mr. Ianno is currently executive producing the feature films Mortis Rex, Soul Surfer, and Ticket to Ride as well as the Broadway musical adaptation of Ray (Based on the Ray Charles movie). His company Indomitable Entertainment is based in both Los Angeles and New York. Previously, he was the former head of strategy for Outlaw Productions and a SVP at Artisan Digital Entertainment.
Mr. Ianno is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon and has an MBA from Harvard.
